Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from aromatic plants and flowers to create balance and harmony, enabling the body to heal itself and bring about a feeling of well-being.
Aromatherapy massage can be wonderfully soothing, relaxing, uplifting or energizing depending on the essential oils used. The treatment will also help to improve circulation, tone the muscles and increase the removal of toxins from the body. Only the highest quality carrier oils and essential oils are used (personally blended for your treatment) to gain the maximum therapeutic benefit.
Aromatherapy can be used for a variety of physical and emotional problems some of which are:
- Stress and anxiety
- PMT and menopausal problems
- Aches or pains
- Poor circulation or fluid retention
- High or low blood pressure
- Migraines and headaches

- Full body massage (75 minutes including consultation) £60 per treatment.
- Back & neck massage (40 minutes including consultation) £35.00 per treatment.
Hot Stone Massage
Stone therapy has been used in many different cultures for many years. It is a speciality massage which involves the use of smooth, heated basalt stones which I use in combination with essential oils. If the client so desires some chilled marble stones can be incorporated into the treatment. Stone therapy delivers a therapeutic, relaxing, grounding, deep tissue and cleansing treatment. It works on a physical, spiritual and emotional level and is considered to be a truly holistic therapy.
The warmth of the stones encourages a deeper and more intense massage as the heat penetrates the body and relaxes the muscles. It is believed that the combination of warmth and cool treatment encourages the body to relax, improve circulation, detox and promote healing.

Back & neck massage (40 minutes including consultation with aromatherapy oils) £45 per treatment.
